Having frequent panic attacks since last one month.Diagnosed with situational Anxiety post covid.Very frequent changes in mood.One day I feel happy and other day sad.Has become more common now as wfh is increasing.Exercise,Yoga doesn't seem to help.

I have lot of anger...and deprssion isssue...it seems mind is not working..or i m not allowing mind to work...very much tension...what to do...i am taking antidepressants

Unable to put myself to sleep.my mind keeps thinking.i am not happy.financially I am tied up.that is creating more issues.i am a single parent...going through the process of divorce.

Hi, I am facing issue of overthinking and poor sleep at night. An example - my boss call post office hours and instruct me something. on that I start thinking and never goes off my mind. Because of these i wake up middle of night and dont feel like sleep or under half sleep with brain at work. Please suggest

In july i am diagnosed with depression. I started taking medicine after consulting in practo.. I continued for 4months now i am discontinued is it OK?

On last sunday, I traveled for 8 hours( I didn't drive a car). I took shower after arriving home. Suddenly, I got short breathlessness,fainting,dizziness,and heart beat increased. It felt like I'm going to collapse. I went to hospital n doctor checked my BP. It was around  140/110. ECG was also normal. Now from past 3 days there's a anxiety, joint and chest pain.  I was on medication for depression 2 years before. Do ,I need to consult a consult psychiatrist again?

Hello Docter, My elder brother age 45 years is heavily dependent on alcohol. He drinks everyday and becomes violent after drinking. Quarrels with people over phone and whatsapp. Talks loudly and use foul words for close ones. We have tried to console him but he never listens and drink alcohol again. I have tried to take him to docter but he thinks he is alright and don't need doctor consultation. He don't want to stop drinking himself but his behaviour is becoming problem for all around him. Can you suggest the treatment in this case ? Regards Hemant (younger brother of patient)

My mind is not working...i m not able to explain what is happenning to me...very worse condition...is there any one who can assist me.. no sleep...

I have sudden shock pain in head comes and goes which makes panic and worry ,i am anxiety  under medication like antidepressant and benzos last 6 months now I withdrawal from medicine by doctor

I had taken lithium for 2 months doctor said I don't need more than this since then I m having sleep problem I feel too sleepy I m having 200 mg of mod alert along with Inspiral 20 mg in morning & 20mg in evening I m very worried because I still feel sleepy and my brain is low if anyone knows what to have I m ready to take consultation I m very tense because of this
