Throughout a day I feel anxious for past 15-20 days which is really hurting me physically and mentally. Negative thought is running on my mind. How to overcome it can it be cured. I couldn't able to concentrate on my day to day work. Please help me

My mother has cleanliness problem and she baths for 4 hours using detergent powder and wash Hands continously. Excessive use of water. She does not wants to touch anything which is not clean. Even if she goes to pee or toilet she wants someone else to clean her and the washroom. It's been 10 years she is practicing this. She does not want to visit any doctor. She becomes very furious if something is nt according to her. She hates dogs. She dislikes black color. She closes door again and again if someone goes out or in. Please advise.
