For anxiety disorder a psychiatrist suggested me Relicalm cd tablet. Now I want to know can I take this tablet twice a day ?  I am asking this only for today

For anxiety disorder sometimes I take relicalm cd tab. Can I take this tablet twice a day ? Is it ok ,?

My husband gets anxiety in between night and gets up, feels sick and pins prick needle sensation over face and palms. He has blood pressure for which he takes medications and also takes clonazopam SOS. How can he manage his anxiety and get proper sleep

I m in problem...i dont think my mind is allowing me to do work...i am taking anti depressants...will i come out of this problem..i am not able to take decisions and think properly..

I am having issue with my husband. He says his colleagues are his family and he enjoys with them much than me, he has female best friends which he did not tell me and before he never used to have before. I feel jealous, I get angry and I feel irritated. What should I do? From childhood my mom and dad never spent time with me since they both used to stay at work for a long time. I have lost job 3years ago because of that i got depression and I am trying to be self employed but not able to do it. I have following health issues due to this. 1. migraine, tension headache 2. sleep disorder 3. morning vomiting 4. irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea I am going through some financial crisis can someone please prescribe cheap medicines as I can't afford costly medicines as please help

I don't know whats my problem but I am sure something is wrong with me! I am not like others I am very inactive ,I don't have interest in anything,I have high overthinking .I am feeling me as another person.i have high fear of death for small symptoms of disease I will think that I have cancer and all. having lot messed up thought.i couldn't get clear thoughts..because of some thoughts I am having anxiety and stress.everything makes my daily life bad.i couldn't spend happy time with my family and friends!

Hello sir/mam I want to ask that is it possible that health anxiety can cause symptoms. Because i was reading something about bowel habits and abdominal cramping and then there is mentioned Something about colon cancer. And before that i don't even know that this type of cancer exists. And then i googled about it.(worst mistake) And suddenly now what is mentioned in that article about symptoms i can feel all of them. Like abdominal cramping and change in bowel habits loss of appetite. Please help how can i over come this anxiety.

I m suffering from m.ind problem...mind is not stable...lack of focus...lack of sleep...i have consulted psychiatrist...now taking antideprssants from long time...will anti depressants help me to come out of this problem...i am tense...
