NOT ABLE TO GER DEEP SLEEP,INSOMNIA,ANXI
HELLO SIR/MAM Around 4 months ago i simply check my blood pressure which shows reading of 150/90.i scared and feared whole night and not slept 2 hours also and than i went to physician he gave me ciplar 40 , seranace 0.25 which are anxiety medicine and this medicine not worked again i went to another physician he replaced seranace 0.25 to etizolam 0.25 i experience some little better sleep but this medicine never healed my health and my reports like ECG,RENAL DOPPLAR AND LIPID PROFILE ARE NORMAL and im still struggling to get sleep from last 4-5 months please help me to get rid of this situation im very scared feels anxious every night wiyh racing thoughts in mind. I want to get back my normal life please help 🙏 THANKS 😊
