1. Keep sleep diary
2. Don't sleep in day time
3. Finish your dinner before 7.30pm.
4. Bed timings must be between 9pm to 9.30pm
5. Try reading boring books for 20 mins.
6. Followed by do deep breathing for 6 times( focusing only on breathing).
7. Wake up at 6pm , go for an walk for 45 mins.
8. Avoid coffee intake too much.
9. Check any tablets is interfering her sleep with dr.
