I have no control over thoughts...means what i am thinking is useless...feeling low...not able to think talk properly...what to do

I am unable to focus on my studies or anything i am doing, i have become very much allergic to noise of my small siblings, i am neet dropper, i am unable to study at home and due to covid i am at home from past 2.5 yrs, i am struggling from depression and i am having negative thoughts all the time, neither my parents understand my situation, what should i do ?
