I've been having tension headaches from the past 3-4 days specially after my sleep got affected. I've had anxiety last year before my exam preperation and got treated well for 6 months ( but dose was min and very effective). However, after a recent emotional turmoil, I've started experiencing poor sleep and tension headaches which increase by the end of the day. I was asked to take Manasmitra Gutikha for the same ( it's been just 2 days) . Is it the right course of action?

I am taking fluoxetine 60 mg since 2 months and olanzapine 5 mg since 1 year.Now ,I have zero/no appetite.which medicine is responsible for it? which medicine should I stop?

Im getting more no.of yawning .im taking bupron 150 mg..is it related to bupron or what is problem someone explain me sir.

I am having chest pain and burp for 5 months Doctor says I have gerd but some doctors say this chest pain may be due to stress , depression etc . The pain in my chest increase if I try to converge my chest. It increases with milk products. But the pain is always 24 hours . Food does not regularly come to throat . Only few times a week. My question is can depression really be causing non stop chest pain ? Which department can solve this gastrology or psychiatry. (I am already seeing psychiatrist) I am confused. The pain in chest  increases with neck specific neck movements. I have already seen 5-6 doctors on practo and visit. Medicine department doctor says there are chance of psychiatry. Gastrology department one of doctor says it could be orthopaedic department. Also my ecg is normal also chest hrct is completely normal too. Please 🙏 help me. I want to know all doctor opinion ?

2yrs back i was well and perfect health wise ,iam a teacher,suddenly I decided to get separated from my husband now staying alone no family members are supportive except a friend of mine ,suddenly health issues like heart palpitation nerve seen near my laugh line and left hand and leg weak and some times num always some what fear of life

From last 2 months I am taking citalopram 15 drops every morning after breakfast . And 1st 1 month I took clonazepam for my panic attacks. This month dr gave me Xanax. For this month only 2 times I took Xanax 0.5 , yesterday was one of the day though I didn't have panic attacks but I was extremely anxious. Now my question is . J feel more comfortable with clonazepam. As coming two days I have some important things to do so can I take clonazepam for coming 2 days instead of Xanax ?? Though yesterday I took Xanax 0.5. Will it be harm if I take clonazepam for coming 2 days . TIA

Hi, I am suffering from claustrophobia, due to this, travelling has always been an issue with me. I used to travel through flights, but now I am not able to even think of being in a flight. Is there any way I can get back to normal travelling?

My husband has met with an accident 15 days ago and has multiple fractures in Tibia. He is under treatment now and presently taking antibiotics,painkillers and vitamin supplements. However he is sleep deprived for last 15 days. Can he take any medication for sleep?

I have used clonazepam 1mg since two weeks for insomnia and from past two days I feel very sleepy and I didn't take it. My healthcare provider asked me to take 0.5mg everyday for 3 more weeks and slowly tapper the dose. But I want to quit the medicine as I have heared if it is used for more weeks withdrawal symptoms would be severe. Please advise

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder for 10 months now. Last I consulted by doctor in June end when my symptoms subsided and she advised me to take lonazep 0.25 only on sos basis when required. I get anxiety symptoms every month before and after my periods. Now the chemists are asking me for a new prescription to give me medicine even though my prescription is from June end. They are also saying they want hard copy prescription and soft copy practo prescription is not valid. How long is a prescription for lonazep valid for? Do I need to get a fresh prescription from my doctor, that too hard copy?
