Very recently I've been facing behavioural and thought Related problems , consulted a psychiatrist and doctor said this might be ocd and caused because of low serotonin levels in brain , i would like to how much span would it take for my serotonin levels get back to normal , would i ever be normal again in my life without these obsessive and disturbing thoughts.

I am getting same thought again and again ... After a quarrel is over with someone ..I am making multilple dialouge in my mind for the same situation. And then fantacising about what needs to be said and I have not said... Same thought is makeing me feel bad, and I am not able to focus on any work. After I get up in morning same thought will start again in no time ... This will remain an issue for weeks and then goes by its own .. Do I need to see Phychiatrist , or this is normal ?

I have this constant feeling like that I have nothing to look forward to in life and I don't really feel happy about anything as such for a long time. What's wrong with me?

Iam started using pari cr from yesterday for panic and anxiety especially fear of death and health anxiety . But now I have a mild pain on lowe rib near epigastric or right hypochondrium . What causes this is this a side effect ?

Does smoking cannabis be a cause for schizophrenia? I'm asking because i'm suffering from schizophrenia and i used to smoke cannabis.

Iam having panic and anxious issues and especially fear of death and overly sensitive to pain and health fear especially health of heart and if any pain on or near chest i feared and panicked . Psychiatrist now prescribed me pari cr but my doubt Is the sertraline more safer(cardiovascular ) than paroxetine for my condition ? Please reply with reason because currently iam feared , overthinked and confused it makes me more panic ?

I am suffering from schizophrenia I'm taking lurasidone, propeanolol and quetiapine. Can i take lorazepam also because it improves my condition?

I feel abnormal and disoriented; I tend to procrastinate or put off everything; I feel awkward, conscious and anxious sometimes. I feel nervous and anxious. I experience mood swings. I stay at home not knowing what to do. I cannot interact without being weird or awkward. I'm aimless and clueless. I feel lonely, sad and under-confident. I wish to meet and make new friends but I feel so shy that I don't have the courage to initiate conversations. I'm an introvert.

I am not feeling fine from a few days! Uneasiness all over the body, slight palpitations and slight body heavyness! Not able to concentrate on anything and have been doing a lot of stress eating which is causinh weight gain! I know it is not good but not able to help myself. Plus I often feel my hands feel numb ya so jana jisko bolte hai.. whatever that is called!
