Need gradual tapering of medications either can add long acting medications or with other medication which can aid in your sleep. Sudden stopping of medications can be risky and can have mild to serious withdrawal effects

Hi , you can develop dependency on clonazepam if used for long term . Options are to covert the dose to alternative long acting benzodiazepines and then to reduce gradually or the clonazepam needs to be reduced to half dose for 2 wks and then take half dose alternative days for next 1 week and stop.
