Asked for Male, 20 Years

My doctor prescribed me Placida {Flupenthixol (0.5mg)+ Melitracen (10mg)} but chemist says that's it's not available and give me Placida plus {Etizolam (0.5mg)+ Escitalopram Oxalate (10mg)} But when i get back home and check the contains of chemical i had seen that both are different compound. Is both the medicine same ? Should i use placida plus instead of placida?
