Irritation and anger
I am an overthinkrr and these days m thinking too much.its out of control.every second i am irritated and in anger. I don't feel like talking to anybody not even my husband and other family members.i am not able to be happy.there is always sinking feeling.

Hello.. seems more of mood symptoms.needs further assessment for proper diagnosis and treatment.  Medication will help u. Consult me on practo for further advice

Irritable mood , anger outbursts , disinterested in daily activities, decreased communication, sad mood , all these may point towards a mood related disorder which might require intervention. Kindly contact a psychiatrist
