I am becoming a person who is suffuring from OCD ( fear of loosing ) I m doing things again Getting angry every minute, I hate my job, I hate my life, I m single at the age of 29 financial issues, lot of tension, and I hate every relationship I hurt my loved ones

I'm on fluoxetine 20mg past 7 days. I usually take it at 12 noon. I forgot to take it today. Can I take it now?

I feel anxious, stressed and nervous whenever I see a dead body or death rituals or funerals or cremation grounds. This anxiousness lasts for few days and even for months. How to overcome this.

I started resperidone 1mg tablet yesterday but I feel so drowsy even till today evening and sleeping. so I decided to stop it. Should I make it to 0.5mg and stop it or just stop it without reducing mg?

My brother aged 25 years old has been suffering from some prblm since childhood.He insists all of us to do what he likes...if not he gets uncontrolled anger and destroys things around him.since 10 years this situation worsened and he is manhandling my parents too .he is normal with everyone around him and his colleagues too .he works in an IT company.we never heard any complaint about him till today.he couldn't control his anger and doing abnormal things.i think he is not aware of what he is doing.After that anger,he pleases us and asks for excuse.again repeats the same.5 years back we came to know about his love affair .the girl is my uncle's daughter.we thought it one sided.But came to know recently that both are into this affair.They have been in contact with each other for 1 year.before that she doesn't has a phone of her own.After getting freedom they have been talking too much in phones.During conversations they got many issues.which doctor we need to consult to treat my brother'

Since the past four years I've been observing that I find it hard to understand any written piece of information be it any kind. I would need 5-6 times of rereading sometimes 10 times. I ignored it, but it effecting my life very badly. I'm also finding to hard to focus on a task for more than a few minutes. My mind is numb and blank most of the time. I find it extremely hard to work through any sort of problem. I just can't think. Can't figure out what's wrong with me. Anticipating proper diagnosis. Thanks in advance.

My wife suffering from both NCD and OCD. she lies on my face n defends the next moment telling she didn't tell this n tells again a lie.She shouts abruptly n hits as well and tells her parents we hit her.We called her parents to discuss she behaved same way n blamed her parents for everything including giving her birth.Her parents consoled me. Few days back she tried to hit me with hammer when I was working ,I could see her coming towards me n stood up n she hit office chair. I immediately called cops n my family DR.in front of cops she told I tried to kill her.then next moment she told cops they(cops) hv come to kill her. I was confused n perplexed. My friend is general physician recommended us for pshyicatrist. Now she is so unstable ,we had to ask for police protection n we didn't get. Me-37 yrs, Wife-34 years. 32 days marriage. Is it really OCD N NPD. I might be required to face her in court in future.how to face her n convince court she needs help n not punishment.please tell

Sir iam used parkin tablet for 1 month 1 psychiatrist suggested me that for low energy levels sir...after i used parkin for 1 month my dopamine levels were significantly increased sir...now iam facing drowsiness overall day...is high dopmine dangerous sir?? Pls suggest me a medicine to get rid of drowsiness sir plz sir..🙏🙏🙏

I always overthink , I don't understand is only my mind got polluted by overthinking. And I can't stand on one goal. I have lack of confidence level which is bringing me back in my career.I think Iam missing clarity in my life.I always get anger for smaller things I couldn't digest my anger.

I suffer from severe ADHD. After several sessions of CBT and group therapy, I was prescribed Methylphenidate 10mg to help me with my symptoms , but till now I've been to close to 20 big pharmacies/hospitals and called several others but none of them keep this medicine I live in Delhi, do I need to go somewhere in particular to get this type of medication? My doctor is from outside Delhi. Can someone pls direct me towards where I might be able to get this. Thanks!
