I am having severe healthanxiety issues i shifted from cardiophobia to brain anxiety I am so worried experiencing sharp pinching headpains on one spot of head frontallobe now I am also experiencing olfactory hallucinations smoke smell randomly i am so tensed doctor can anxious brain cause olfactory hallucinations smoke smell plzzzzzzz help me is this due to my anxiety or something else wrong with my brain
