Hi there .. i understand ur concern.
Carotid artery dissection is a separation of the layers of the artery wall supplying oxygen-bearing blood to the head and brain.
It can be spontaneous/ traumatic. We can see neurological manifestations out of it .
Your symptoms r most likely aggravated by anxiety . Bcz in anxiety there is hypersensitivity of nerves .
