Can I mix brahmi oil with peppermint oil to treat insomnia.And what can I do for better sleep.Now iam on medication for last 14 months.

Please follow sleep hygiene.  You can find it by browsing , examples are routine bed time , no gadgets after certain period at night , good physical exercise . Kindly practice yoga and deep breathing exercises

Hi , some of the Ayurveda medications or oils may help with mild sleep issues . But if u have chronic sleep problems and on medications for 14 yrs suggest more severe insomnia. Best is to have good sleep hygiene, meditation , relaxation exercise as alternative.
