Feeling low, no control over drinking.
I've tired to control my drinking habit, but i still drink. And when i drink, there are few of the things that trigger me and I end up being way too out of control and acting in a very weird manner. Sometimes I'll be too hyper and angry, sometimes I'll be crying by remembering my Dad who passed away when I was in fifth. Apart from this, i don't know how I feel and i can't connect well with other people. Although I am the one who's liked by everyone almost but I can't connect to them emotionally. Not even with my mom.

Hi , it’s good that u r recognising the problems . When u say u can not control that shows u have dependence on alcohol. If u r motivated u could be treated by psychiatrists via out patient service, if not should consider brief admission for inpatient detox .
