I get severe headache before any interview and test and mostly I cannot perform well. And before the exam also I feel extremely anxious that I can't do anything not even studying and rating.

Hi sir, A few weeks ago I had my first episode of psychosis after which I keep feeling stoned, as if I am intoxicated. Are there any medications for this?

My brother is having severe alcohol additction issue as he used to drink whole day and night and also fully destroyed his health. Its been 3 years he is having this addiction and he never confronts us his problems, may be he is in depression but always denies. We try talking to him in day time he never tell his problems and say he is fine and in the evening he used to be fully drunk. After so much pressure if he did not drink for 2 - 3 days then fourth day he again start drinking. Please help on this or suggest us.

Sometimes i feel i have issue thsa i try to remeber all things and if i would not get that thing then i get anxiety. Though its very less but feel wierd. I have thousands of screenshot in my phone and sometimes suddenly i get urge to get one of those images and fell relaxed if i find it.

Hello Doctors, I have my only sister (24) who has started getting running thoughts in her mind of how she is ill. She is having mostly negative orientated thoughts. She wants to get better and she keeps on thinking of the same all the time. Overthinking, sadness, crying a lot, she have this for past two months. She didn't had anything like this untill she got night shift job around 6 months ago. This also made her Vitamin Deficit around 10.8 ng/mL. For history, My mother had schizophrenia for 5 years as a condition and her mother also had some medical disorder. Unfortunately, both are not in this world. However, I am quite sure it is not with my sister since she does everything fine. I don't want to give allopathic medicine to her since those ruined my mother's life. Please help me with your best advice for taking care of her 🙏🙏

My mind seems not to be in senses...due to which i am not able to walk...talk with anyone...i m on antidepressants...bt still no relief...

I am taking medicine sertraline 100 mg and olanzapine 5 mg since 3 years.but now I have zero appetite and no desire to eat foods.what should I do?
