Anxiety, panic, nagetive thoughts, OCD
This is Goutam 31 years of age. From the childhood I had anxiety disorder, OCD, nagetive thoughts and panic, some time i felt that my mind is not working properly it's  light headed. Most of the time automatically  nagetive thoughts ware come. Then I feel depressed and thought that for those problem my brain will become less active, less memory power, less thinking power and less  concentration. After those problem form childhood I went to visit a doctor is about 5.5year ago. He prescribed me two medicine 1. Zaptra 12.5 capsule (paroxetine + clonazepam) 2. Betacap (tr) 40 capsule( propranolol) Ihave taken those medicines from last 5.5 year Doctor reduce betacap tr 40 to 20 from past 2year, Now the question to respected doctors are how can I get rid of from those medicines, is there any problem for taking those anti depression drug from last 5.5 year?? I m facing problem on concentration, fickle minded, confusion memory dullness.Thank you in advance doctors  please help doctor.
