Iam Working in Kerala but I don't know Malayalam I was doing fine till yesterday But in today I feel lonely all are talking I Malayalam they  talk each others in their language they are comfortable with their own language and does not consider me but I feel too bad to stand with them and mingle with them makes me weird I feel like a dumb afterwards why is this ?? How to cope up with it??

What are the signs of postpartum depression? I have given birth recently and my failed breastfeeding experience has been quite stressful for my mental health. I have had episodes of crying, guilt, regret and extreme anxiety. I wonder if I need to seek professional help since the feeling is not subsiding.
