Heart Palpitations and anxiety

Recently I had a severe chest pain and subsequently admited in a hospital. And after angiogram Dr told me that there is no block and referred gastroenterologist... Endoscopy result says mucosal prolapse and antral erythema and they told me that this is very normal and suggested me to take NEXPRO and Anxit tablets... For the last one month I am on medication and still the Palpitations didn't reduce... Am getting more and more restless particularly while travelling... This time approached a different Dr and I was on holter monitor for the nearly three days and again everything was normal... Now I was referred to a Psychiatrist... After listening to the problems she suggested me nexito forte in the night and frisium in the morning... But still there is a pain in my ribs and bloating... Is it ok to consult a ortho or pulmonologist while on psychiatric medications???

Difficulty concentrating and persistent

I face very difficulty in concentrating and focusing on one task at a time, no matter how low effort the task is. While studying or learning something if the thing is interesting and easy for me,I get less distracted but I face problem being persistent with it I usually give up on it after 1-2 days. And again after some weeks or even months I resume it again. I can't even complete 1 chapter of a easy book in 3-4 months on my own self studying. I daydream excessively and zone out/ always busy in my own mind thinking about random useless things, that's why I have delayed reaction 8/10 times to outside things. And forgetting tasks or losing things in matter of mins.

Chronic Fatigue or Anxiety Depression

For the last 10 years I am facing issues of terrible morning fatigue with lightheadedness and vomitting feeling after breakfast specially. Fatigue lasts til late afternoon 4 pm palpitations in body also extreme nausea with tight throat left side and mild stomach pain low mood with anxiety also brain fog vomitting sensation wih faint feeling and something bad to happen with unclear thoughts facing problem with working in daytime and decision making. Mood keeps changing all time with neck tightness and headache and vomitting feeling.I have taken antidepressants on and off. But I haven't felt 100% better on them. I am confused whether it is some hidden chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms or is it a real depression or anxiety problem. I admit iam a little stressed as well. Everyone is stressed in todays But I don't think little stress will cause so many problems. Pls help what should be my next course of action whom should I consult.
