Iam always unhappy due to anxious and OCD problems. Iam every day check my BP readings but readings are normal ,iam also checks my sugars frequently all are normal . But iam always worried. Pls suggest me anti anxiety medication .Pls suggest. Regards.

Is heart uneasiness common in anxiety? I am under treatment i have done so many ecgs,echo holter but still there is uneasiness in my heart area.i had chest uneasiness earlier which now radiated towards heart.can u guys please answer?

Sir/madam I'm divyansh gautam facing health problems it starts with racing heartbeat and fear after i did ecg it comes normal so doctor told me that you're normal but the problem not solved after few day again i go to doctor he told me to do ecg it again came normal after that he preferred me CBC LFT RFT THYROID TEST AFTER I DONE IT ALSO SHOWS NORMAL VALUES SO HE TOLD ME YOU ARE NORMAL BUT AGAIN THE SYMPTOM STARTS LIKE RACING HEARTBEAT AND SHORTNESS OF BREATH I HAVE DONE CBC TEST SO MANY TIMES BUT REPORT ARE NORMAL HB IS 13.8gm after that I have stomach pain so doctor preferred me endoscopy but in endoscopy it shows GERD and now I don't have any problem with heart beat or stomach pain but I have dizziness problem and feeling like m I'll and no diagnose of my illness and I'll gonna die I am facing problem now like 24/7 dizziness forgetfulness like my brain is not working but I had MRI BRAIN amonth ago it shows normal help me out doctor 🙏

Would it be possible to get a diagnosis over video consult/online? Or an in-person session would be compulsory?

A ten year old boy is suffering from night terrors, he gets nightmares and gets scared and refuses to stay in his bed and gets tough to handle for half an hour or so. This has become frequent. He has lost his mother and calls for her so it might be that loss too. What will be best course to resolve these terrors and whatever anxiety he has been facing. Are there any way where we can do so without medication.

I have tension headache and anxiety . Can it be treated by a psychiatrist ? Taken CT scan of my head all normal , Chest pain too so took ECG and echocardiogram , Also took TSH and  FSH all normal . Consulted a GP and was diagnosed with chronic tension headache and took tryptomer , was relieved for some days but developed the pain again. What shall i do ?

Hello, I had a couple of anxiety attacks and hyperventilation in between last 5 years. First it was mild and I recovered in 2 months . Second time it was very severe. My sleep pattern got changed and when ever I want to sleep I used to get anxiety thoughts and I won't go to sleep at all. But some how I got recovered . The only thing that is still disturbing me is while transitioning to sleep I suddenly get some lump feeling in my throat that will shake my body and makes me take a deep breath. If I start sleeping then it's all right. I don't have any problems in day time . Please suggest me something to overcome this while going to sleep. Thanks

I always feel I will not be happy anymore.i am living far from my home. I am working at a company. I have never been this far from my home. I always remember them. But can't be with them always. It's been 1 and half year. I feel the same as before when I leave from home.i always feel like I can't be happy anymore. I think I am mad. I don't know what is my problem. How to survive in this situation I don't understand.
