I have been facing lot of stress due to gastritis issue since 3 months, now im facing loss of appetite, nausea always,anxiety and worried too much about it and not interested in any daily activities, im i facing depression ,should i consult psychiatrist?

I was taking LIBOTRYP and lonazep for anxiety, sleep disorder, morning vomiting, migraine. all other issues were under control except ibsd so my gastroenterologist prescribed Libotryp ds. I consulted psychiatrist he prescribed amitriptyline 25mg.. ibs d is under control but with side effects like Drowsiness and erectile dysfunction. kindly advise. i have consulted online so after 1month i will be able to contact him. kindly advise

I have been having very distressing thoughts lately. For past six months, I feel like something is going to happen to my brother. I can't move past this thought. I cry every time this thought comes to my mind. I feel like this will become true since I'm always thinking.. It's like a premonition or something. I'm scared whenever he goes out or travel. I can't sleep at night. My heart races whenever this thought comes to my mind. I'm struggling. Please help.

I have been taking LIBOTRYP DS for ibs diarrhea since last 5months but no relief. sometimes it works and sometime doesn't. one day i go to toilet for 2/3 times and other day i go for 1time only. took probiotic and antibiotics in the past as per gastroenterologist suggestion but that didn't work. dietary changes also made but no relief. I guesa no solution or treatment is available for ibs diarrhea.

Hi. I had fever and cough on January 9th. I had severe eye pain and headache. I'm not able to sleep from that day. I feel tired, but I can't sleep. I'm diagnosed with corona now. I haven't slept for 9 days. Kindly help.

Hello Doctor, I am taking tablets for hypertension which doctor term it as white coat hypertension. My BP is always under control outside but start shoot up while at hospital. Due to my past experience, I relate disease with so many things and get fear and anxiety issues. Kindly advice on how to overcome this.

She sometimes start crying and sometimes laugh also sometimes becomes so rude start saying anything We have are giving her OLA 10 mg (1 tablet  in morning and 1 in evening )and LOPEZ MD (1/2 tablet in night )prescribed by psychiatrist . This is going since 2 weeks but she is not well now also. Please tell how much more time she will take to recover . Nowadays she is getting angry more . Doing ridiculous things that she didn't done till now . Like eating so much food, prayer to God ,saying goodmorning,  good evening very much  . Please help me doctor. Please tell me how much time she will take to get back to Normal . Me and my mother are so tensed .
