I am having trust issues with everyone i am very short tempered even in the biggest moments of my life I don't get happy I don't enjoy things, places nd wid people too only thing is when I get depressed I eat alot everytime I feel sad I just eat my decision making power becomes very weak my health my carrer my relationships nothing ov it is in my control my will power becomes zero I never get happy I don't enjoy company of my frnds nd fam everytime I feel demotivated like I am good for nothing even when I got my fav car nd phn I didn't get happy or blessed I don't enjoy life I live in stress 24 x7 help me😭🙏

Can I get number of psychiatrists here? I want to eloborate or want consultant over video call. Can do that

Hello I have many problems 1 I am shy and introvert from childhood 2 I don't like to go anywhere from childhood but after becoming adult I go to many places and visit but I feel so much nervous before going anywhere 3 I feel so nervous before talking with someone and to meet with someone 4 I don't feel nervous in public places and gathering 5 I feel nervous very fast 6 I don't have bad habit of drinking and smoking 7 I sleep on time and wake up on time All symptoms not hurt me daily So tell me exact problem and treatment for it

I loose my concentration. I can't focus on my study because of something which is disturb my brain. Whenever I start feel this, my body get cold and inside I am in anger i don't know why I get angry without any reason.Heartbeat get faster and sometimes I feel,kill myself is better to suffer from this pain. Plz I need help coz don't want to kill myself and I want mental peace.

I have gone through a pretty depressing phase where i had to pick myself up and somehow functioning with supressing what's inside. I have lost confidence and the will to feel happy, although i try. I socialise like a normal person but feel very hollow like im incapable of feeling things now. I have random episodes where i become upset all of a sudden without any reason and better the next day. Im unable to understand all this and it's killing me inside with a smile on my face. Help

I am getting over Sweating on a daily routine and specially in a crowded places. Sweating from head and all over my face is my main problem and I have sleeping issues. What should I do on this point? Can I make this stop by taking any medication or excercise? I want a solution online.
