Hello,
I am smoking weed from last 4 years daily. Now i have decided to Quit it . But i fear of withdrawl symptoms as to how i will be able to manage. I tried quitting 2 years back for 2 months with help of medication but then relapsed. I want to quit seriously but i fear withdrawl symptoms.
Please guide me how should i gain confidence to overcome my withdrawl fear .
My main fear is Will i be able to sleep or not.
