Hello,
I have been smoking weed from last 5 years daily . I want to quit but in great fear of withdrawl symptoms.
I tried to quit before for a year and faced withdrawl symptoms . Now i fear of that again.
Kindly helo from where to start and how much time withdrawl symptoms will last.
No other substance used except weed.
