There are days when I am unable to lift myself and leave for work, like something heavy resides in me. It soon turns into tension and pain in chest and back. I have become forgetful and feel broken. I overthink and cry often. Im afraid this could be something as serious as depression or the beginning of it.Please guide

Hi doctor, I am feeling very depressed sometimes. Staying in Bangalore with my husband. Husband is working in an IT co. Confused and depressed
