Hi Firstly, its great that you seem to recognize your symptoms so clearly. Secondly, yes you have almost gotten it right, you do seem to show signs of depression. But before going ahead with this diagnosis I would have to ask since how long have you been experiencing this? And lastly, it can definitely be cured if you take proper measures. You need to visit a psychiatrist as you need to start on anti depressants and you must go for counseling so that you can talk about your problems and work it out in a way that there would be less chances of a relapse. Counseling will help you understand what may have caused depression and medications would help cure your physical symptoms.
