My friend had schizophrenia from 5 years.Now she does not have any symptoms and absolutely normal in everything.Even she feel the same.She is socially active too. Feeling very sleepy

Multiple symptoms
There are a few symptoms which I observed which I don't understand whu'om to consult. Insomnia- even if I go to sleep it only lasts for 2 hours maximum. Tight feeling in chest- starts as soon as I wake up. Loss of appetite I don't understand it depression is leading to this or all these are leading to depressions.
