Dear, welcome to practo. Solian is amisulpride. This medicine is prescribed for general schizophrenia to manage psychosis. Schizophrenia can be cured with such medicines. If everything is OK still we prefer to taper the medicine, watch, then stop. Could take one year. Along with tapering, the patient should practice psychotherapy and relaxation techniques. Once mastered these therapies, balance of mind and management of symptoms are easy. Consult a psychologist for therapies. Take care.
