He gets angry very soon and starts abusing me. He makes perception in his mind that I have done something wrong and then shouts at me, insult me, beat me. However after insulting me he becomes normal after some hours and reacts like nothing happened. And this goes in loop daily. Please help him

I have. Regular panic attack where I feel I scary ..during eating I feel my heart racing ...Nd I m scared a lot

I use to ride a bicycle in my childhood from the age of 8-9. And I always have a fear of falling down from the bicycle. Sometimes it's like the vehicle is not in my control. And I stopped riding it to school. So I have just used it for few months upto age of 14. Now I am 22 years old. I started to practice a scooty. Still I am having the same problem. Because of the fear I stopped practising and always depend on others to get me to the place I need to go. I hate to be dependent. I need a solution for this problem. I am capable to balance the vehicle. But don't have confidence to drive in a traffic.

I am having trouble in focusing or getting things into perspective. I have lost clarity of thought. I am a married guy who is possessive about another woman(that essentially makes me a bad person I know) but it's complicated. I didn't sleep for last three nights, tried to self harm and don't know what to do.

He is suffering from mild eye pain for 4-5 days. From today he got headache too. He is having cough problem from 2 days. But all of sudden , after 12 am today, he is unable to sleep, as mentioned by him , he is getting non sense thoughts.. Pls guide.

My sister got married to her boyfriend at the age of 23 alien my parents were not in favour of that but later because of her beating as they agreed initially everything was fine my brother in law and their family is very good but because of some issues my sister is not able to adjust there she came and she came back to our house leaving her in laws along with 2 years of daughter and now she is refusing to go back. there is no major reason of any issue between my brother in law and her, just little little day to day household and habitual issues of both. Problem is now she is from last 1 or even more years she is staying with us and not ready to go back at her in laws. Day by day she is getting more Furious more aggressive and more insecure about her daughter she don't let her talk to people wont let her go out. Even she doesn't treat maids very well my parents love her very much but still don't actively suggest her anything about going back coz of her aggressive nature. Kindly help.

He is doing something and don't know what he is doing even to him, his age is 65 one day he felt from treadmill from that he is not normal we need help for this problem
