Hello,
Whenever, I think my fingers are shaking while performing any activity, I'm experiencing tremors. If not, there're no tremors. Also, even while shaking, if I try to harness them by: relaxing myself, taking slow deep breaths, drinking some water, taking shorter breaks, divertion from reality, etc. I'm fine. Kindly advice me, to overcome this issue.
Thank you.

Your symptoms are suggestive of an anxiety disorder however, its difficult to make an exact diagnosis as you haven't provided much symptoms, but you would surely require a psychiatric consult for a thorough evaluation and management. Your symptoms can definitely improve with mild medication and regular counseling along with proper relaxation technique. Kindly seek help as soon as possible.
