This happened in my whole school life and college life. My profession needs social speaking . I have to give presentations. I don't know how to handle it. Also hand tremors are there when someone's notice me. Hand tremors occur almost every time but it is more noticeable when someone in watching me. I just don't know what to do. I have done breathing exercises but I got no result. Please suggest what can I do. Can I take propanolol before any presentation.? Do it really help?
