Hello, to improve concentration practice regular walk and simple deep breathing relaxation exercises. Study in short capsules with 2-3 min breaks wherein you should do some physical activity like walking, jumping in a place, skipping a rope etc. Plan your day in advance including your subjects and chapter each day and on completing it, reward your self with good food, half an hour of TV or going out with friends. Keep in touch with your colleagues to know what they are reading and use that as a motivation. You can even opt has a study partner for a friend which shall help you stay focused and keep you on your toes to perform well. Good luck.

Hello there. I can understand your concern but I don't think sleeping is a problem here. Sleep is very important. Eat well, sleep well and study well to excel would be the success mantra I would like you to follow. Talking about lack of concentration, I would say it's not a concentration issue it's more of a distraction issue. You easily get distracted by mobile, laptop television etc. It's up to you how you avoid such things. Keep your mobile switched off till your exams get over, all important things can be discussed on landline. Unnecessary things like WhatsApp, Facebook etc can wait till your exams get over. You have to make up your mind that's it. There is no medicine for this. Take a capsule gibkoba-m once a day after food. It will keep you active. All the best. Best regards, Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.

Many people find it hard to focus, but it is a skill you can develop. To improve your focus: Reduce distractions. Turn off the TV, put down your phone and log out of your email account. Not convinced it'll help? Eliminate noncritical screen time for two days and see how much more you get done. Plan for peaks and valleys. Are you a morning person? Then don't squander that time on email. Instead, use it to tackle projects that require your full concentration. Save the afternoon for going through your inbox or catching up on your filing. Put it out of your mind. Too many mental notes make for a cluttered mind. All of that unfinished business can sap your mental energy. Put whatever's on your mind on paper or capture it digitally. Think of it as off-site storage. Train your brain. Any skill worth having requires practice. Learning to focus is no different. Invest time in mastering attention training or meditation. Both are great ways to practice taming distractions and improving focus.
