Sleeplessness, lack of concentration
Crying spells, sleeplessness, lack of concentration, easily tired, moody, restless, anxiety and moreover unable to focus. Many reasons to sleeplessness which makes me sleep deprived and then I end up not getting sleep again. No hunger even after two days of fasting. Restlessness as well as hyper instantly. Fear of people leaving me and fear of crowded places as well. I would want to treat myself for sleep and then everything step by step coz this is taking a toll on me

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Proper sleep is very essential for both physical and mental health. Whatever you have listed down here are  just an expression or symptoms that's been triggered by some  underlying emotional disturbance. So it's important to figure out root cause . Also as body and mind are interlinked, even physical condition like digestion issue, acidity, PMS, weight gains, body pain, food habits, lifestyle disorders etc can also influence and disturbance your sleep. So it's important to have a holistic approach in assessing your physical and mental condition to identify and isolate the root cause. Be positive. You can overcome  this if you are ready to adopt  few changes in your lifestyle routine, dietary, excersise, self therapies along with counseling session.
Next Steps
Feel free to reach out to me online through Practo app for further detailed evaluation and suitable recommendation that you can follow practically to overcome this problem. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
