Facial expressions

Sometimes, when I am talking to someone and smiling too hard, out of nowhere, my facial expressions become serious and it happens especially when someone jokes about me in a normal way. It becomes awkward for me. People think I'm angry. Infact, I am confused at that time as to why my expressions are serious. I have a smiling face and I laugh too much with friends and family . Does I have too much self respect or ego? I'm confused . Help me.

Depression and gastric

My father is a High BP and type 2 diabetes patient. Recently he experienced rapid memory loss, concentration issues, anxiety along with gastric issues (which we thought is not a major problem). we consulted a doctor (1 month ago) who diagnosed that my father is suffering from depression. He prescribed following medicines: Censpram 10mg, Ezolac .25 mg, Nexstar and Rabemac DSR. They had positive effect on my father's condition. But last week doctor asked to stop taking Rabemac DSR as he want facing any gastric issues any more. It has been 5 days and my father haven't taken this medicine but his condition is back to the way it was 1 month ago. He has continuous mild headache, difficulty in recalling words, names etc. like he was having before. I wish to know that, are depression and gastric issues related? What precautions are to be taken in such situation? What medicine can be prescribed in such situation?

Sleeping disorder

Sometimes I wake up from sleep and see string-like structures floating in the air, and sometimes it's like the ceiling is coming down onto me. It is slightly scary for a second or two and then I realise that it's not real - a hallucination maybe? This started when I was 17 or 18 (although once I saw a robot-like silhouette in a similar situation when I was maybe 14) and it occurred only twice or thrice since then until about a couple of weeks ago the frequency of occurrence increased - I had these hallucinations 3 times already in two weeks! I haven't been a very happy person for a while now and I don't know if that has got something to do with this problem, but since it's all interconnected somewhere I'd like to know if I have some underlying neurological issues. I've read about this and it seems common but I'm still concerned. Hoping for a good answer. Thanks!
