I always feel when woke up. Feel threatened whenever, my heart beat raise and hand wet and shaking whenever my task or target is not completed. I always feel tiredness, after few walk or some work. My nature becoming irritating. Since 6-7 years I have hand and body shivering problem after hard work or left some weight. I feel body pain always, specially in legs. I feel lazy in any work. I don't know in this conditions which doctor is most suitable for me.

My mom is getting hyper and shows over anxiety and frustration in every little matter. We siblings try to pacify the matter but she is out of control. She has been bit self centric. She is reluctant to visit a psychiatrist. We make her understand and she somehow get us but after a day or two she goes back to her mode. Kindly advise me how to handle her how to counsel her. How to get her emotions normalised. Thanks in advance.

I am taking sulpatic(amisulpride) 200 mg and lonazep 0.5 mg, i have planned to go usa on long term work but the medicines are not available in usa is there any alternative for this.is it good to go or shall i drop my plan

Sir, My one friend is OK always but sometime he act some different As he says some past 4 yrs he live alone and no body was there with him His mind has created wrong negative thinking as when then thinking's come his really follow to it For eg he mind thinking his head is shaking while walking he certanly follow it .

My brother is suffering from anger problem and behavioural problem . He is not listening to anyone and destroying the things when he angers and also mis behave with parents. He is not concentrating on study just now he had given 10th exam. Please help , how to handle him.

For past three months I have chest tightness and stabbing pain sometimes both the sides... Did many test all are normal ( Xray, ECG, 2D Eco, cardiac enzymes test, endoscopy) all test results are normal, the gastrologist said the issue looks like anxiety problems.. Did tablets for anxiety about one week but still my issues not solved... Kindly help

My son is 1 years and 9 months now. He's not talking, not even a single word. He also problem with socialising, don't like new people coming to his place and visiting someone's place. Doctor is hinting that its autism. I want to know chances of recovery in autism and whether the severity increases with age or it get decrease.

Hello. I've been diagnosed with Depression, and have been prescribed medication for the same. I now take Daxid (50mg) & Etirest (0.5mg) on a daily basis. Earlier I used to get panic attacks on a daily basis. After I've started the medication, they've reduced but still haven't completely gone away. It's been 3 months now. Lately, for a couple of weeks now, I'm having terrible mood swings, frightful nightmares, and often wake up in the night & can't go back to sleep again. As a result of which am always tired, anxious, irritated, and worried. Lately, my father's death, followed by my grandfather's death have started to haunt me daily, and I've no coping mechanism for the same. Kindly help. Thanks in advance!

He is not keeping well from few days,as he was taking treatment from Dr Sanjay Sen and he was recovering good.The problem with him is he gets disturbed with few Things around and that puts him into Depression
