When my friends abuse me I am not able to reply them. They also make fake arrogance and criticise me for very small things. They take unwanted advantage of me. They never heed my words. Sometimes I feel very much worried about it. My voice is very low. I am not able to Scold and intimidate anyone. I also hesitate and vibrate while talking. People keep me down with their voice. I am not able to cope with them. My friends suggest me to increase my pitch. Sometimes I am not audible to my friends also. Give me some tips to improve my speaking skill, Articulation skills and loud and clear voice.

I am fine speaking to my friends. But, in public, in front of strangers, I stammer terribly. I cannot even utter one word without stammering. I am a student of IIMB, so you can understand the embarrassment.

My mother is a diabetic patient for last 5-6 yrs but today her sugar level was 160 fasting and 294 at noon and 137 at night around 9pm. In the afternoon she admitted as she was suffering from diarrhea so 1 unit of glucose drip was given to her... So is it high time for her to take insulin. What are its if nd but??? Once if u take insulin do u have to take it for the rest of your life??? What if insulin doesn't suit can we go back to medicines??? She is also taking medicines as Rivotril & Zolfresh 10 mg as she is a depression patient too.

I will tell u each and everything then suggest me what should i do.actually i m in a relationship with a married man from last 6 years.earlier i don't know that he was married after 6 months of our relationship i got to know dat he is married.i loved him so much that's why i was not able to separate from him.he said i m not happy with my marriage and don't have any physical relation with my wife.although he has a kid of 9 years but he said after his birth and some family issues we stopped making physical relation.now its my age to get married i love so much so i couldn't be able to separate.he is my weakness.i can't live widout him.we fight daily, argues daily.he say i can't leave my wife and son becoz of social respect he has in society and his wife don't have any relative or family so where would she go.he says that u r single u can find anyone but she cant go anywhere.after divorce it is very difficult for a woman to live alone without husband & son may be she commit suicide.

I cannot adapt the change so easily. It takes some time to adapt the changes in your life. Just in seconds all the routine work in job and home changes.it is very difficult for me to acept such things.

My son is not able to concentrate on his studies due to this he feels lot of stress. He makes daily study schedule but not able to follow it and as the stresses increases he is avoiding books whenever we put little pressure for study he doesn't appreciate it and starts irritating behaviour. Whenever he start studying we see him tearing pages after pages he write something than tear it off and this has increased our tension. He is intelligent sometime we feels he is very intelligent but sometime he behave like an average student and also he has maths problem. He wants to study hard and want high score but not able to do anything. Also eating habits are very bad ...please help us.

Anxiety issues My friend suggested me Xanax but told me o consult a doctor once So , is taking Xanax alright? I've bad anger issues I get depressed I've anxiety I want instant relief whenever i get hyper angry be it temporary only So, is xanax useful? If not, please suggest me some anti anxiety or anti depression pills , please .

Sometimes situation becomes so awkward that I get frustrated without any reason and is not able to control my anger tell me how to handle this situation.

Hi, My son behaves as if he don't care about anything. He has no liking, no attachment to any thing. He loves to play, but at same he gets lost in his thoughts.. Gets easily distracted. If we ask questions he will say "I don't know". Or he may run away from you. He will not have eye contact with us. He can speak English very well, but he still don't want to answer ... Could you please help us? Thanks.
