Not getting sleep

Sleep will come anyways. Its natural. Don't try deliberately.  You can try zolpidem 10 mg for a day and see. Its safe .

As these symptoms are from 2 days only it suggests some kind of an acute stress that you are going through and not a major psychiatric disorder. Try to meditate, distract yourself, avoid day time sleep and any caffeine containing drinks at night. Try to figure out what's weighing on your mind and resolve it. Your symptoms should subside. However, if not relieved then consult a psychiatrist
