My friends call me with funny name. I want to get rid from it. Oftenly my friends makes me butt of laugh. Plz give me advice how to handle such type of situations.

I start imagining things. I have observed that I am having conversations with imaginary people. I can't focus on studies or can't read long articles. I don't know what to do. Though whenever I am giving a test or writing stuff I have my full attention. If I have to study then I have listen to songs and then study. I get disturbed easily. Good morning Doctor I wanted to share one issue.. I am extremely good in studies.. I am always amongst toppers in college.. But when it comes to any common sense thing, I am not able to apply my brain.. From childhood I am like this.. I mean I am good in studies.. But I have very low commonsense.. Should I visit a psychiatrist??

I had an incident in February. My grandmother was expired due to which I was in Rajasthan for the rituals. I got scared after 6th days of her death . I used to have unexpected feelings. People were relating it with paranormal activity. This was the main reason of my stress.
