Hi I am married, I had 3 children's. I am working in a reputed company. My problem is my thoughts about women Whenever I saw girls or women, I am getting bad thoughts on them. To get Masterbute by self more, I know it's not good.. But after married my mind something thinking in wrong way. Because of this I couldn't able to success in my professional.. All the time bad thoughts ruin my time, in Teenage I watched numerous xxx video's.. Which I shouldn't. Please suggest how to over come on this.

I have chronic neck and upper back pain for more than 2y. Also I'm having a lot of sleep problem (Can't stay asleep and not getting deep sleep). feeling tired whole day. Also getting headaches. My pain management doctor ordered MRI and certain blood tests (CRP, CBC, ESR, ANA, HLA-B27, Anti CCP, Rheumatoid Factor), which all came normal. He said that I'm suffering from fibromyalgia and prescribed me Duloxetine 20mg + Pregabalin 75mg and advised me to do some neck exercises. It improved my pain for a period but not my sleep. Later he changed the meds to Desvenlafaxine 50mg + Pregabalin M-75mg, Still no significant improvement. The pain is somewhat bearable after using icegel and heat compression but the sleep problem is what is hampering my daily life. Another thing is sometimes when i take an afternoon nap of an hour, i feel refreshed but i never feel refreshed even after getting 6-7 h sleep at night. I'm a student and this thing is causing severe problem in my study and daily life. Ty

My psychiatry doctor prescribed zolpidem er to take before dinner But I wanna take it after dinner But i am not getting sleep If I take after dinner how much time should I wait to take zolpidem er?

When i was child i was worried to get up in the school to give presentation i remember i one i give presentation my heart was beating after that i grow up now i am feeling worry when i am going to meet some high class person and sometimes i am feeling worry when i go marriage ceremony when some relatives come our house i feel anxiety and sweating of my forehead slurred speech when i go long distance i dnt knw this place first time i go their i feel good when i go like my knw place i feel worry heart beating sometimes little things i am taking it big things but one positive thing is when I achieve something new like study too much and i got success then i feel good like inner of joyfulness but when i see crow i feel insucred When i talk sometime with more than one person my heart beating sweating and talking slurred Plzzz suggest me wt problem is this Some necessary comments in this matter

Dear doc , From last few weeks while I lye down or wake from sleep or while travelling all of sudden I feel fast heart beat ( palpitations) which is causing disturbance in sleep and bit uneasiness .. Yesterday when I boarded cab for office all of sudden palpitations , nausea and shivering started which lasted for 2-3 hours Pls advise what shall I do.. When I woke up mid of sleep also palpitations happen and when I am trying to sleep same happens I have to sleep downwards

I am suffering with overthinking and due to these unwanted things going on in my mind and right side headache always in my head. I also diagnosed the high cholesterol and very high triglyceride. I need a good consultation to cure these and live a normal life. Overthinking I think it was from my childhood 10yrs but last 1 year it has increased too much, no situation is getting worse every day. Please advise me to cure it permanently.

Hello doctor i wanted to ask is rejiyana tablet that contains L arginine and L carnitine and from the suppliment store L carnitine and L arginine different ? even if both contains same thing. why in medical it is so expensive and in suppliment store it is affordable
