My gf with whom I am in a long distance relationship for about 1.5 yrs ...but haven't yet met even for once till now ... tells me she is attracted to her teacher (she is doing masters). She herself tells me that she thinks of that teacher , waits to talk to her and meet her , checks her online or offline status . I was pretty hurt after listening to this but she tells that she has no physical interest in her...just that her vibe matches with the teacher. Both of them often goes to the clg canteen to have coffe and gossip . But isn't this obsession? Is it okay for a commited person to have such attractions? If I tell something , she tells that since she is loyal to me she is telling me everything...but she doesn't want to change her behaviour and constantly defends herself. Please tell me if I am being too rigid with the concept of loyalty or is she being disloyal to me?

I turned 34 this year, I was diagnosed with thyroid and PCOS few years back. I was on medication for both since 2018 but it wasn't continuation. So the PCOS is almost ok now but thyroid relapsed everytime whenever I am more stressed. Now I am facing problems like severe depression and anxiety. I used to had panic breathing attacks than doctor prescribed sleeping pills at that time. Later, that issue was ok but now since past 4 years I am facing problems like seeing black holes even when everyone in the family around me. And now since the beginning of 2024 I feel like my mind is completely blank sometimes, I am keep on watching watching stuff dramas, videos, etc. Somewhere in my mind I know that what I need to do get back my old weight and set my career but I am not able to do that. Yes, I have gained lots of weight but loose a little and I am still overweight, I have no job since past 4 years. My self ruman shaikh Age 36 I'm suffering from anxiety a fear of death, fear of heart attack, and some times in depression.. I have want to many doctors I have done 7 time ECG, 4 time 2d eco, fibroscan, sonography, blood test, sugar test, cholestrol test,all report are normal. I have this problem by 15 of January 2024. I have been to many physiotherapy and I had taken many session with doctors and I'm doing meditation, eft but I have been recovered just 20 30 % in 3 months, so please help me out as I can't even take time for family and business. And 8 psychotherapist, doing eft and meditation, no problem has been resolved,

My kid is 3 years old and when she was at age of 1.5 we were sifting the house so lot of service person came with drill machine n were working on from that she has a fear of drill sound so whoever comes with service bag she pushes them n send out of house by saying bye bye by crying
