Anxiety fear of death
My self ruman shaikh Age 36 I'm suffering from anxiety a fear of death, fear of heart attack, and some times in depression.. I have want to many doctors I have done 7 time ECG, 4 time 2d eco, fibroscan, sonography, blood test, sugar test, cholestrol test,all report are normal. I have this problem by 15 of January 2024. I have been to many physiotherapy and I had taken many session with doctors and I'm doing meditation, eft but I have been recovered just 20 30 % in 3 months, so please help me out as I can't even take time for family and business. I have taken many treatment like medicine with psychiatrist Medicine name ciplar 10, qutan 25, iyaflu, antidep 25, zeptra ls 12.5 , pexonil ls 12.5.,rexite d3, zapiz 0.25.. And 8 psychotherapist, doing eft and meditation, no problem has been resolved,

It’s called Health anxiety, okay and it is curable due to negative thoughts. We are bound to believe that you know something. Major is going to happen, even if you have a headache directly think that we have tumour so it is health anxiety and it is curable. you should take proper therapy sessions for this and I provide that you can consult me for same or anybody, but do take get your quality of life better to live a good life. You are likely suffering from illness anxiety disorder. It can be very easily treated by an astute psychiatrist. Kindly consult a psychiatrist and take medication for your anxiety symptoms you won't be going repeatedly for these blood test and scans. Good luck
