Thanatophobia, or "fear of death,” affects millions of people worldwide. For some people, it can produce anxiety and/or obsessional thoughts. Some tips to help yourself are as follows: Write down the times when you think about death.  Determine how much this effects your life. Make note of when you feel anxious or afraid. Now compare the number of times you think of death and fear of death.  There are probabilities that you have seen someone dying in the family and thoughts keep retrieving in your mind. Are you connecting yourself with that person's experience,  which causes the anxiety and fear. You will have to let go of the past. Consult a Counsellor who can help you
