Palpitations and stammering
Hello doctor's , I'm Sayan and I have palpitations and dizziness while talking to someone or giving presentation in front of class ... Im a master's student and I have to give my final presentation nearby ... everytime during my presentation my heartbeat fast like a football, my hands are shaking condition and I felt really anxious and dizziness ... please help me , it's already affected in my academic career

What you are suffering from is called as performance anxiety, a variant of social anxiety. For short term there are medications that act immediately to relieve the symptoms. But for sure shot and long term relief you need to attend therapy sessions.
