Good morning sir,madam. Insomnia since 6years. Ativan addiction since 6years. With Ativan able to sleep only 5hrs a day. Tried two attempts for withdraw Ativan 1st attempt prescribed zolfresh 10mg plus 2mg meltonin,after two days usage collapsed on road. 2nd attempt prescribed qutopin 25mg,libirium 10mg along with Ativan 1mg. When switched to clonazepam, escitalopram without Ativan, faced sleep issues and memory issues(less active , forgot things, less focus). Other medicines didnt set, caused impact to work and escalations.So continuing ativan. Please suggest how to come out of ativan.

I am a first year postgraduate student in Hyderabad. I have difficulty sleeping and also have back pain. I have been feeling emotionally numb for so long that I don't realise it anymore. I feel detached from life and myself. I don't specially remember anything, but I feel uncomfortable with birds ( especially pigeons). Just the sight of them or imagining it is strongly uncomfortable for me. I start sweating and my heart beat increases. My hostel has a lot of pigeons and I am coping with it. ( I am actually doing better than i expected). My exams are around corner and I am unable to concentrate due to lack of sleep and fatigue.

I m taking venlife d 50 and nortrop 25 for anxiety and headaches and these are medicines which i take in the night post meal so yesterday night i missed a dose so can i take it now or should i take it tonight pls reply fast ...

Hello all,  I'm suffering from general anxiety disorder and depression I've used L theanine and its vere effective ... is there any other effective supplement like L theanine which makes me calm and stress free 🙁i don't wanna take ssri tablets

Hello doctor I am on escitalopram 10mg in morning and escitalopram 5mg in night and propranolol 20 mg at night , now I feeling absolutely ok with these medicines. Now I want to tapper off propranolol so I planned that I will take 15mg for 10 days and 10mg for next 10 days and 5mg for next 10 days and finally 0 , is this good idea ? Can I do this?

Hello.. I am taking treatment of anxiety and insomnia .doctor prescribed me daylingo and estilo lite and dayvigo 5 mg both i hve to take at night..but i feel very drowsy and sleepy throughout .i am unable to do my daily work.please suggest.and it ever possible that will be go off medicine in near future.do i meed to take sleep medicine forever? Regards
