If your are taking L theanine which makes you feel better and is effective, why do you need to change the supplement you're taking ? If you want to control stress and make yourself calm, i think you should learn deep breathing exercises and JPMR which are very effective. Similarly meditation, yoga and aerobic exercises are very effective in controlling stress.
