29. M. 5'6". 74 Kg. I am having dull headache with pain around temples, jaw and feeling of upper facial tension. Now the thing is I could have learned to live with this dull headache but I also get psychiatric symptoms accompanying with it like - Anhedonia, Apathy, horrible memory, shallow unrefreshing sleep, brain fog, impulsive behaviour, OCD like features, dulled senses, absent libido, Insensitive to the effects of most drugs, ex. alcohol, laxatives, antihistamines. Tried SSRI, SNRI. they didnt work. These two (psychological and physical) are co-occuring. both accompany each other. When one symptoms briefly resolves for couple of hours once in blue moon other resolves with it but then again both come back.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, but I suspect I may have other challenges as well. Even after listening multiple times, I struggle to process what others say. I also find it difficult to understand things when they’re explained in a storytelling format, unlike others who grasp them easily. It takes me much longer to understand concepts compared to others. The tasks I’m working on now are things my friends accomplished 6-7 years ago. Additionally, when working on lengthy tasks, I often forget what I did earlier or fail to see the connection between my current actions and the previous steps in the same task.I often feel mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted very quickly, and I've experienced a sense of brain fog since childhood. I need help from someone who can thoroughly diagnose any underlying disorder (APD, SLD OR MCI etc), rather than simply prescribing medication without truly listening to my concerns. Started to do PhD but feeling very very afraid.

How to detect if hypothyroidism is causing depression? I mean what are the levels to look at. I have made thyroid test and all levels were as mentioned below. T3 - 0.83 ng/mL T4 - 10.64 ug/dL TSH - uiU/mL Does these level represent significant levels of depression?

My father is suffering from Othello syndrome. We showed him to a Psychiatrist and also checked with Dr what is this problem, Dr said your father is suffering from Mania. Dr prescribed medicines for my father and he is taking those from last 25days(Dr prescribed tablets for 20days, but my father was not getting proper sleep so we went to Dr in 5 days, then new medicines were given for 15days, he gets sleep but thought that he had are not going away, he talks about it, we again went Dr given 5 days medicines he still get good sleep but when wake up he talks about those thoughts he has assumed). Long story short he is not getting relief with current treatment of Mania. We are feeling helpless now, do not know what we do now as he is not getting well with current treatment. I searched online about his issue then come to know about Othello syndrome, is it different name of Mania? Or is it a different issue? Could someone pls suggest next treatment for him? It comes under which experties

By insta social media I'm torturing so much and it getting me depression because of some threatens vdo to me for anyone of related and what should I do for it should I avoid insta ?

I sometimes find very hard to fall asleep, when i go to bed and lie down heart rate increases and i am stuck in loop . This has started happening recently after I recovered from dengue , earlier no such problem was there . Similar issue was there with me 4 years back , i was not able to fall asleep and this turned into a fear for me. Since i have recoverd from dengue, i am also feeling a bit low, like somedays i feel what to be excited for , life has turned monotonous , i am living alone so feel need of loved ones around also sometimes.

29. M. 5'6". 73 kg I am having problem of weak heartbeat since 2019. In 2019 I had an weird experience where I felt as if my heart had became hollow when I was reading about religion and spirituality. Ever since then I cannot feel my hearbeat as strongly as I used to as well as blood flow feels restricted and weak when I use blood pressure monitor when the cuff is inflated and pressing against your body. Is this because of some trauma or shock or panic attack? Can vitamin deficiency cause this? What is causing this?

My friend is laughing without reason and saying constantly people are scolding me . When someone talks with him nicely still he says you are scolding. He is in his own world,..has delusion....he was under certain stress of work pressure...is this a particular psychotic disease

Feeling so drained and depressed all the time . Try everything to move away from this but one thing lead to another and again found self trapped there . M really tired of trying now . Unable to focus on work just thinking about same thing . Feel insecure and scared all the time .

Since my wedding I got married 14 feb 2024 and living in my sasural I started feeling negative thoughts and continuously overthinking.. and negative thoughts about whom I love .. I feel so bad .. the overthinking is like bounded me .. some problems blames and maybe in laws who daily blames me for my sleep that u yet get up so late .. because since my wedding in a new home for a girl I didn't feel comfortable to sleep early .. so I mostly sleep late at night and sometimes on the right time .. but very rare.. I daily got blamed by them I think that's why this is I'm facing ! And mostly I don't get proper sleep because of their daily negative blaming on my sleep schedule .. and the sleep schedule is not in my hand they don't understand it .. every person of their house is targeted on me ..
