Been suffering from headache coupled wit
29. M. 5'6". 74 Kg. I am having dull headache with pain around temples, jaw and feeling of upper facial tension. Now the thing is I could have learned to live with this dull headache but I also get psychiatric symptoms accompanying with it like - Anhedonia, Apathy, horrible memory, shallow unrefreshing sleep, brain fog, impulsive behaviour, OCD like features, dulled senses, absent libido, Insensitive to the effects of most drugs, ex. alcohol, laxatives, antihistamines. Tried SSRI, SNRI. they didnt work. These two (psychological and physical) are co-occuring. both accompany each other. When one symptoms briefly resolves for couple of hours once in blue moon other resolves with it but then again both come back.

It will be better if you consult psychiatrist. As you have tried some of medication means you have consulted psychiatrist previously. which might not turn out to be good experience as problems are still persisted, so this time try different psychiatrist. I hope this time things will get better. You are right psychological and physical symptoms are very much interconnected. So require treatment for it. As our brain is controlling our body, if your psychological symptoms improve then physical symptoms improve too.. So give one more chance to treatment.
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist
