I fear too much to change myself .I don't know what to do about my life. I am constantly having negative thoughts

Today suddenly when I was sitting in class I felt dizzy I couldn't fell any thing but me flying light-headed it felt good to feel nothing it was all numb for a while a felt light but when I then Googled it ,it suggested some serious health issues. I'm suffering from post traumatic experience and have anxiety issues and often can't sleep properly wake up with my heart pounding feeling somethings are going out of control but I am not able to get the things right.

I get into a phylosophical thinking about life and death.unable to do things properly with that.I always think in thet wayand get tensed and anxious about death.Once i feel its common the next moment i dont accept death.How to deal with it ??

I am sleeping for more than 10 hors lately from past 20 days and it even exceeds to 12 to 13 hours..  Is it any  hormonal change or something really serious with me..

I live in a hostel.The kitchen is on the fifth floor. I live in the ground floor.I need to climb up fourth floor everyday to eat my food. Yesterday my foot was wet and the slipper I was wearing was slippery. While climbing down the stairs I fell down and I rolled below. I got hurt in my head. My head inflamed And it is paining a little. Will my brain get damaged? Will anything happen to me? Will I lose my memory power?

I just gave a query,need to clarify, I am a 41 year male weight about 91 kgs, for schizophrenia I have been given one sizodon plus 3mg tablet in the night and one pacitane 2mg tablet in the morning, Can you please confirm if this dosage is correct, I cannot pay fees for private hospitals

I am schizophrenic, I have been advised sizodon plus 3 mg and pacitane 2mg tablets per day. As I consulted a small clinic, I wanted to know if this dose is correct.

I am a student. I live in a hostel. Today early in the morning I feel hungry so I wake up and went out of the hostel to a shop which remains open all the time to eat bread and biscuits. I didn't wash my face and mouth. I got up from the bed and I went straight to the shop. As I didn't wash my face so the sleepy feeling didn't go away, so in the road I was moving like a sleepy person ,Like I lost my balance. Suddenly a bike hit me from back and I fell down on the concrete road. I got hurt in my back and my head. However I have no cut or bleeding. I just have a little inflammation in my head. Will anything happen to me? Will my Brain get damaged? Is my Brain safe? Will I lose my memory power?
