I can't sleep at nights and I always feel anxieties during night... Please help Should I take alprazolam?

I feel that I have many thoughts in my head but I cannot figure out what are they,I find things very overwhelming with my school work.My head is occupied with such thoughts and that I am not able to focus on my studies

I am feeling low from quite a few days almost more than 3 months. I used to love doing few things but I am completely feeling lost right now, I don't know what I loved doing, I don't know what I am interested in doing. I haven't felt such a disinterest in life ever earlier. I feel like my life is a pressure on me. I feel stressed and unhappy most of the time. Every morning when I wake up I am afraid as to how am I going to pass the day. I basically feel too depressed most of the time. My mind has become mostly numb to almost everything.

My sister is addicted to social media/ Dating app. We have already fixed her marriage. Her marriage is in December.Now days she is dating with 3-4 persons . Is it due to like before marriage she wanted to do whatever she has not before . Why she is doing this . How we should response to the system
