Sleep paralysis
At morning times or at times when I am tired or hungry, when I lay on bed, I seem to go into sleep paralysis. I cannot control my body but I am "conscious" of it. Can anyone please tell me the cause of it. Is it some neurological problem or am I over controlling my body or vitamin deficiency.

Hello! Sleep paralysis happens when the mind is awake and the body is in the rest mode. Cognitive Hypnotherapy has ways to help you deal with the sleep paralysis. You can visit one at the earliest.

Such incidences occur when your body is tired but your mind is wide awake. It is a scary phenomenon where you feel you have no control over yourself. Usually it is caused due to some unresolved issue in your mind or some sort of stress. Talk to a counselor to figure out what's going on in your mind and resolve the issue. This will definitely help.
